I am 24 years old, my mild acne problems started when I was 20. so i have been researching for something to fix the problem. I never had this problem during my teenage years.
Yes,you should be fine taking these vitamin supplements. Some adults do develop acne as adults,it just comes in to play with our hormones.I would just buy a good facial scrub that exfoliates the dead skin cells and they make a ton of products that can help with the acne. You could either go the route with using Proactive or any of the Clinique products that you both find on line, just type the names in the search bar.I do suggest that you drink a ton of water and try to keep your hands off of your face, the oil off our hands only contributes to the condition.Hope this is of some help.
