Just think about this: When you pop a pimple, all that stuff comes out of it and mite spread to other areas of your skin…and that could lead to clogged pores…and then you know the rest.

White heads immediately after an acne treatment means that your skin is purging. just let it come out by itself, because if you pick it, you’ll get this little crater on your skin. Just think of the surface of the moon everytime you get the urge to pick at a white head: you don’t want that for a face do you?

DO NOT POP PIMPLES its a horrible bad habit. what u can do is when ur at home put oven mitts on (ya i kno ull look stupid) to remind urself wen u go to pop a pimple. also if u try a better acne product like pro active nutragena or clean and clear u wont get acne so u wont have a problem. hope i helped!

Maybe Put Like A Sign By The Mirror To Remind You not To Do It Or A Pic Of Someone Bad Acne Scars to Scare you. LOl.

And Its Not bad If You Do It Right. Sally Hansen Has A Tool The Removes The Pimple. I Love It. And It Works.

First of all, try your best not to pop your pimples. If you do it enough, it will leave marks/scars on your face where they were, and they’ll never go away.
Here’s what I used to use when I had bad acne back in junior high. I put a dab of mint toothpaste on my pimples before going to bed, and they’d shrink if not completely disappear in the morning. I’ve also used baking soda mixed with water (just enough water to make a smooth paste) for the same thing and got good results as well.

You just need to honestly know that if you pick at a zit it will cause scarring on your skin and last for much longer whereas if you leave it alone you will be free of it soon enough. In the mean time if you buy good makeup you can cover it up if it becomes an issue for you. I recommend talking to your doctor they might be able to get you a cream to help with whiteheads.
