How can I help my pregnancy acne?
My skin is terrible, its dry and super oily and breaking out everywhere and I’m getting little sprinkles of body acne. Any advice?
Know any products that helped clear up pregnancy acne?
I can’t use my regular skin care regime because the products contain Salicylic Acid’s and other ingredients that can cross the placenta to the baby.
Soap and water. If that doesn’t work than you’ll just have to deal with it. I’ve had horrible acne throughout this pregnancy and nothing I’ve done has cleared it up.

Acne and pregnancy question?
I am currently trying to get pregnant, and I use retin-a and aczone,topical creams. I’ve heard these products are NOT okay to use. If so, what is an alternative that is safe for pregnancy? I suffer from years of acne.
Also, any tips of getting pregnant faster?
Hey. If your not pregnant yet, you probably don’t really need to overly stress about what products to use on your face. When you get pregnant though, I would recommend stopping certain products. Im not sure what products are the best for sure.You could probably google it and get some good results. I myself when I was pregnant used the clean and clear daily pore cleanser. Thats a very gentle one for the face, I like it. Also, about getting pregnant faster, thats one of those things that will happen when its meant too. It usually happens when people arn’t really thinking about it or over worrying about it. Just lay back and let it happen. I’d recommend having lots of sex, every day or every other day. and after sex, stay in bed, and prop your hips up on a pillow, elevating your hips, lay like that for 10-20 minutes or so. Its suppose to increase your chances of getting pregnant, by kinda helping guide the sperm down to your cervix more. good luck. Lots of baby dust!!
Also, I looked it up, and it says don’t use any product containing salycic acid during pregancy, because they havn’t really tested it out on pregnant women, so they advise not to use it at all, just to be safe. but products containing benzoyl peroxide are ok to use for pregnant women. The product I mentioned above that I use, contains the benzoyl.

Is there any safe acne medicine in pregnancy?
I know to avoid sylic acid but what else should i know, and what can i use, anything?
I specifically asked my doctor about salicylic acid face wash at my last appointment and she told me that as long as it is in small amounts then it’s fine. The amount absorbed through the skin is a very minute amount. I use clean and clear sensitive skin deep cleaning astringent. It works pretty well.
