Mine didn't. I did find (by trial and error) that it was partially caused by my skin being overly dry, and that using a mild, moisturizing body wash helps to keep it balanced. I'm 37 and a half weeks now and sometimes I still look like a teenager.

20 weeks, and I'm still getting it. I'm sure it depends on the person. I find that if I can avoid itching/rubbing my face, and if I can avoid stress, it seems to lessen.

I got acne all over my usually clear face at about 21 weeks...I use benzol peroxide and it helps calm it but not erase. My doctor said I could use it. It just depends, but my skin is so differnet now that I'm pregnant
